Delete your Sukie account

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Sukie is run by Crewinabox Software Development Services, a DTI-registered sole proprietorship (DTI No. 8408202) owned by Rizi Kweyd Cruz Gonzales. Contact contact@sukie.ph.

Customers: delete in the app

Sukie is a web app, so you can do this in any browser at app.sukie.ph; no download or home-screen install needed.

  1. Sign in with your Philippine mobile number and the one-time code we text you.
  2. Open Me → Privacy → Delete my account.
  3. Confirm with the text code we send you.

Your account is anonymised the moment you confirm. Deleting the home-screen shortcut, clearing browser data or signing out does not delete your account.

What happens

InformationAfter deletion
Mobile number and nameRemoved immediately
Email (if you added one)Removed immediately
Cards and balancesFrozen and hidden; they can't be used again
TransactionsKept in anonymised form as the shops' business records
LocationNothing to delete; it was never stored

Redeem any rewards you want before deleting. Stamps and points have no cash value, and deleting doesn't turn them into a refund or move them to another shop.

Anonymised transactions keep the history of rewards issued and used without a link back to you. If a record could still identify you, it stays protected as personal data. Our providers' logs and backups are cleared on their own schedules, generally within 30 days, rather than instantly. See How long we keep things in the privacy notice.

If you can't sign in or the code doesn't arrive, email contact@sukie.ph and we'll help. Never email us a text code, password or PIN.

Shops: ask us to close the account

Email contact@sukie.ph from the shop's registered address, name the shop and ask us to close it. We process closures within 30 days. Pilot shops can withdraw at any time without a fee or penalty; seven days' notice is appreciated, not required, and the 30-day processing window doesn't mean you have to keep participating.

Before closing, tell your customers how to redeem outstanding rewards, and honour claims that arrive after access ends (see the terms). Closing your shop doesn't delete customers' Sukie accounts or their cards at other shops. Anonymised transactions stay as business records. Staff members can ask the shop to remove their access, or contact us about their own details.

We may keep limited agreement and dispute records where we need them to meet obligations or handle claims; they're still treated as personal data, and you can ask us about them under the privacy notice.
